GUTEN TAG, HELLO, BONJOUR, ПРИВЕТ… #FlySWISS fans!
My name is Guillaume Defrance and I am proud to be your next Instagramer of the month. I am 28 years old and I have been living in Geneva for the past five years. I have flown for more than 4 years as a flight attendant and have recently been promoted to the position of Maitre de Cabin on the SWISS Airbus A32x Fleet.
My current job as maitre de cabine on short-haul flights is mainly to take charge of the cabin crew on board and ensure the service excellence of SWISS is represented on my flights. I also perform some public relations events on behalf of SWISS.
If I had to sum up a bit about myself, I would say that I am adventurous, very friendly and positive and, most of all, passionate about the airline industry, in fact I started my aviation career in 2005 at AIRBUS SCHOOL. I was so amazed by all these aircraft that I decided to make this field my job, and that is why I became a cabin crew member. In addition, I can use my language skills.
I suppose it is the perfect match between my passion and my personality as it allows me to meet a lot of people from different countries and backgrounds, and I really appreciate that.
I am keen to give you an insight into my role here in Geneva by taking amazing pictures of my daily life in the skies.
