My name is Tobias Leuger. As your Instagramer of the month for October, I would like to give you an understanding of SWISS Maintenance in Zurich.
I started my career at Swiss International Air Lines in 2008, when I trained to be a polymechanic specialising in the field of aircraft maintenance. Now I am the proud possessor of a so-called AML B1 (Aircraft Maintenance Licence B1) and qualified to carry out maintenance for our long-haul fleet. I face new challenges every day and I am in contact with various crews, so my job really has that certain something.
My smartphone camera and I have been friends for some time, so I was delighted to become the official Instagramer for a month. If you are expecting to see a lot of the world, its cities and cultures, I am unfortunately going to have to disappoint you. But what I can do is take you on a journey through the exciting, fascinating and varied world of SWISS Maintenance. I hope you enjoy it.
